By day, Sundara’s menu centres on light, beach‑club style dishes. The pool at Sundara is the longest beachfront pool in Bali, stretching an impressive 57 metres.

Live performances are a regular feature at Sundara, most often beginning around sunset. The musical styles range from acoustic to Latin and Reggae, and as evening falls, accompanied by the magnificent views, they create a wonderfully tropical atmosphere.

Taman Wantilan takes its name from the traditional village meeting place in Bali. A wantilan is an open‑air pavilion, integral to community life as a space where people gather to socialise, celebrate and make important decisions. At Taman Wantilan, the chefs present a curated selection of Asian and international cuisine.

The restaurant features nine show kitchens, where guests may have dishes prepared to order, tailored to their personal preferences.

Taman Wantilan is open throughout the day, serving breakfast, lunch and dinner.

Alu is a poolside lunch café, its menu curated in collaboration with nutritionist Miles Price of LIFE Clinic in Hong Kong. The selection includes Buddha Bowls, poke and street‑food inspired dishes, all designed for fresh and wholesome daytime dining.

The name “Alu” is inspired by the Balinese word for “kitchen”, a reflection of the wholesome and nourishing dishes crafted with locally sourced ingredients.

Jala is an open‑kitchen restaurant focusing primarily on Balinese cuisine and fresh seafood. From Jala, guests also enjoy magnificent sea views. The chefs offer immersive cooking classes, introducing traditional Balinese techniques and recipes.

Telu is the cocktail bar of Four Seasons Resort Bali at Jimbaran Bay. Its name, meaning “three” in Balinese, symbolises the harmony of nature, people and soul. Entirely crafted from recycled materials, the bar overlooks the resort’s aromatic herb garden.

At Telu, guests may also take part in cocktail workshops, where ingredients from the surrounding herb garden are incorporated into the creations.
