The menu presents a harmonious blend of Indonesian and international cuisine. Each evening, a changing dégustation menu, known as Makan Malam, places traditional flavours centre stage.

The kitchen is helmed by Executive Chef Reza Kurniawan, renowned for his innovative approach to traditional Javanese cuisine. He collaborates closely with local farmers and producers to ensure the finest, freshest, and most sustainable ingredients are brought to the table.

Amanjiwo also boasts its own organic garden, from which a wide variety of vegetables and herbs are freshly harvested for the preparation of its dishes.

Set beside the central swimming pool and framed by rice fields, the Pool Terrace is designed for informal dining and light dishes. It blends an idyllic setting with a relaxed, inviting atmosphere.

Joglo Sawah is a traditional Javanese open‑air pavilion beside the Pool Terrace, encircled by rice fields and offering magnificent views of the majestic volcanoes. For a truly unique experience, guests may partake in the Chef’s Table – a seven‑course menu personally curated by Executive Chef Reza Kurniawan.

This private dining experience unfolds within the traditional home of Pak Bilal, set beside the historic Pawon temple. The house offers an intimate and authentic setting, where a home‑cooked traditional Javanese meal is prepared and stories are shared that illuminate the richness of Javanese culture and traditions.
