Wine & Dine

The outstanding restaurants Cotta and Ombak present both Indonesian and international menus. In addition, The Reading Room has recently opened, offering a selection of Indonesian teas, coffees, and organic light dishes. Naturally, dining is also available within the privacy of the villas.

The semi‑covered restaurant Cotta is open for breakfast, lunch, and dinner, with a focus on Indonesian cuisine. At breakfast and lunch, international dishes also feature on the menu. The atmosphere is relaxed, complemented by magnificent sea views.

Cotta offers rotating tasting‑style breakfast menus, where local dishes are paired with creative twists on classic morning favourites. The world‑famous ‘Kopi Luwak’ coffee is also featured. In the evenings, authentic dishes from across the Indonesian archipelago are presented.

Ombak lies directly on the beach, offering magnificent sunset views over Bali’s west coast from its terrace. In an elegant yet relaxed atmosphere, guests can savour Mediterranean cuisine prepared with fresh local ingredients.

The Villas and larger Residences are elegantly designed and each features a private pool. Villas are available with one or two bedrooms, while the Residences range from three to six bedrooms.
