The Restaurant is an elegant open‑air venue set above the main swimming pool, with breathtaking views of the sea. Open throughout the day, it offers a menu that embraces Indonesian flavours alongside Asian and Western cuisine.

A speciality is the free‑range duck, reared at the resort itself. In addition, fresh ingredients from the hotel’s own organic garden are used daily.

Arva at Amankila

Arva is a stylish Italian restaurant with a warm, inviting atmosphere. Its cuisine is inspired by the traditions of cucina semplice – cooking with pure ingredients – and cucina del raccolto – cooking with seasonal produce.

The Beach Club

Situated beside the main swimming pool and open during the day, The Beach Club serves both local and international cuisine.

The Terrace Bar

Located beside The Restaurant and overlooking the panoramic Lombok Strait, this bar is a delightful setting for both an aperitif and a post‑dinner drink. A memorable anecdote arose when Mick Jagger once stayed at Amankila and spontaneously gave a private sunset concert. This intimate performance became an unforgettable experience for the guests present.
